When one considers the importance of
purchasing a home, finding just the right one
becomes an extremely important mission. It
requires the agent to be not only a Realtor, but
also a person who at times must be, so to speak,
an architect, financial counselor, interior
designer, as well as a psychologist.
Psychologist? Yes, since being able to
sense what the client needs, desires, loves is
not always adequately verbally communicated.
Buying a house is almost always the single
largest expenditure people make. It should
be a learning experience which grows with each
viewing of a series of houses. It becomes
an emotional roller coaster that culminates in
the purchase of a house. This house
will become a home, the starting point of so very many memories. I would
